Shower door Polycarbs are a clear polycarbonate that snaps right on to the glass to stop the water from
coming out of the glass in three different areas, the hinge side, the glass to glass or glass to wall side and the bottom of the door. These are polycarbonate so they will need to be replaced over time. Depending on how well they are taken care of or how often the shower is used they will need to be replaced every 1 to 2 years. How do you know when to Replace sweeps?
They will get very brittle, turn yellow or discolor and the fins will start coming off. Just bring them in and we will cut to size.
How do you keep your shower from leaking?
If you shower was properly lade out for all outages and your tile was properly installed with your slop going in the right direction you should not have a problem once we put the polycarbs on. But please know your shower is not a fish tank so you might get a little water out of your shower but the polycarbs should prevent this from happening.
How do you clean them?
Carefully slide them off and wipe them down let them air dry before putting them back on. Make sure they are secure
